Refund Policy & Cancellation

Refund Policy

At JFlo Luxe Detailing LLC, we strive to provide exceptional detailing services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:

1. Service Refunds

All detailing services (including ceramic coating, paint correction, and interior/exterior detailing) are non-refundable once completed. If you are not satisfied, you must inform us before we leave the service location, and we will do our best to resolve any issues on-site.

2. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll apply your deposit to a future appointment.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the deposit being forfeited.

3. Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates

  • Prepaid detailing packages and gift certificates are non-refundable once partially or fully used.

  • If unused, we may offer a partial refund (less processing and scheduling fees) upon request, subject to approval.

4. Product Sales (If Applicable)

If we offer products (e.g., detailing supplies or merchandise), unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Cancellation Policy

At JFlo Luxe Detailing LLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all clients, we ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

2. No-Shows

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • For mobile appointments, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of bad weather or unsafe working conditions. We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find a new time.
