2. Appointments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

• Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before service.

• Notify us of any pre-existing conditions, damages, or concerns.

• JFlo Luxe Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost items or damage unrelated to our work.

4. Payment Terms

• Final payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

• Late payments may result in additional fees or future service denial.
